Master Classes

It has been a great experience for me to be in the Master Classes at Citi Performing Arts Center. I have learned so many things so far, such as a hip hop routine and how to relax myself before an audition or any other moment that can bring tension to my body and mind. I also learned about some theater scenes, and the most important, how to use my voice to connect with the audience.

My favorite master class was the third one (voice). This afternoon I was very tired, and after all this process of relaxing I got to relax and feel confident with the other students in the class. It was great to see the exercises we did to concentrate; and I also loved the voice part, because sometimes I feel weird with my voice tone. Now I learned how to use it, and I feel more confident.

Master Class topics include audition tips, hip hop dance, voice, the Boston Theatre scene, communicating with the government, building healthy relationships and managing your finances.
