Boston, MA – Live Nation announced today that the multi-national quartet Il Divo will bring their Amor & Pasion tour to the Citi Performing Arts Center Wang Theatre on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 7:30PM. Tickets are on sale now.
In 2003, Il Divo was formed by Simon Cowell with band members, Urs Buhler, Sebastien Izambard, Carlos Marin and David Miller. The group spearheaded an entirely new musical genre with their groundbreaking debut album, Il Divo and continue to achieve success around the world with 30 million albums sold and 50 number 1 records. Il Divo was named “Artist of the Decade” at the 2011 Classic Brit Awards.
Il Divo worked with Columbian producer and Latin Grammy Award winner Julio Reyes Copello on Amor & Pasion making it their most ambitious album yet. The Amor & Pasion tour will include even more passion and fire with the flavors and sultry rhythms of Spain, Cuba, Argentina and Mexico.
