Boston, MA – Live Nation announced today that Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games, will appear at the Citi Performing Arts Center Wang Theatre on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 7:30PM. Tickets are on sale now to the general public.
Following his acclaimed Broadway debut, Michael Flatley will headline in what will mark his final onstage appearances as a performer following a 20 year run as the creator and star of the Lord of the Dance franchise. Lord of the Dance has singlehandedly brought Irish Dance to a global audience with productions in countless countries around the world for over two decades. Flatley has created, directed and produced several successful shows including Lord of the Dance, Feet of Flames, Celtic Tiger and Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games, his latest show.
Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games features a troupe of Irish Dance’s most accomplished performers including, Morgan Comer, James Keegan and Fergal Keaney. The show will also feature ground-breaking technology including holographs, dancing robots, world champion acrobats and special effects lighting. The score is composed by Gerard Fahy.
