Celeste Barber Coming to Boch Center Shubert Theatre June 21

Boston, MA (March 26, 2019) – The Boch Center and Theatre District Productions announced that actor, comedian and social media superstar Celeste Barber will take the Boch Center Shubert Theatre stage on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 8:00PM. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, March 29 at 10:00AM.

Celeste Barber is the self-proclaimed queen of everyday sophistication and low budget lifestyle aspirations. Her meteoric rise on Instagram, parodying celebrity photographs, has resulted in her taking meetings with top moguls of the entertainment industry and awkwardly becoming friends with the very people she is parodying.

In this exciting live show experience, Celeste explains the story behind some of her most famous images, her new relationship with famous people, and the stalkers, fans and comments that get under her skin. Hailed as The Funniest Woman on Instagram, Celeste also hits us with a healthy dose of humor, as she explains some of the pitfalls of being married to someone so much hotter than her (shoutout to #hothusband) and what it’s like to be an “anti-influencer.”

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, March 29 at 10:00AM and will be available at the Boch Center Box Office, bochcenter.org or by calling (866) 348-9738.
